Prices are net. VAT is added for customers in Poland and consumers in the EU. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID and customers outside the EU pay no VAT.
Questions
Do I need to move my hosting?
No. Your site stays on its current server. Jalvo only needs its IP address.
How long until a domain is live?
The configuration reaches the proxy in about a minute. After that it depends on your DNS TTL.
What happens to SSL?
We issue a Let’s Encrypt certificate once DNS points to the proxy and renew it automatically. You can upload your own certificate instead.
Can I change location later?
Yes. Pick another server in the dashboard, then update the A record to the new proxy IP.
Can I put several domains on one IP?
Yes. In the dashboard you assign 1 or more domains to each IP. There is no domain limit.
Do you log traffic?
The proxy servers keep standard access logs: visitor IP, time, requested URL, response code, referrer and browser. They are used for diagnostics and abuse protection and are deleted automatically after 10 days. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Is it legal?
Yes. A reverse proxy is a standard way to serve a website: visitors reach your site through the proxy IP instead of your hosting IP. You remain responsible for your sites and their content; spam, phishing and malware are not allowed (Terms of Service, section 8).
Do I get a VAT invoice, also outside Poland?
Yes. An invoice is issued automatically after each payment. Prices are net: customers in Poland and consumers in the EU pay 23% VAT, EU businesses with a valid VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse charge, and customers outside the EU pay no VAT.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Paying for 12 months at once is 10% cheaper than four 3-month payments. The default period is 3 months.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in the dashboard; your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
